Now, for Patches Magickbeans (yes, they tell us that's his legal name). He's a 34-year-old man in hot water for driving the van that hit equipment Ben and another worker were on inside a tunnel in Two Harbors, MN. Troopers, to NO ONE'S surprise, found drugs in the vehicle and "Patches" freely admitted to taking psychedelic mushrooms and an edible.
