Today on Growing in the Word we’ll meet a Man of Prayer and be encouraged to follow in his footsteps.  Pastor Jim Jarrett likes the acrostic, Acts, as a model for how we should pray.  Each letter stands for a specific aspect of prayer. The A stands for adoration, C Confession, T Thanksgiving, and S Supplication.
