Things are gearing up for another session here in Missouri. I'm sure there will be all kinds of stupid and unconstitutional bills filed. We may talk about some of those but there's a whole lot else to discuss. Amendment 3, a bill against something Bill Eigel has been accused of, and all kinds of other dumb big red ideas.
