We all know what a debacle A3 was as far as marijuana goes and the idiocy of putting recreational marijuana into our state constitution was dumb as well. MO State Rep. Overcast has put forth 2 bills this session to try and right some of the wrongs written into the constitution. He's pushing to lift some of the restrictions on the people in dealing with marijuana and hemp. HB 2768 and HJR 106 are the bill numbers.

Each party brings their own brand of big government policies and strategies. A lot of the time these policies align with some kind of tyrannical approach.
