A Warm Cup Of Tea

So often we are looking for a grand experience to confirm that we have indeed “reached” enlightenment. I know I spent decades in that endeavour, always aware of my shortfalls.

But perhaps our most essential nature is so close that we miss it, in its simplicity. Perhaps it is so simple and uneventful, that it is like a warm cup of tea.
