This weeks practice is going to be a meditation just to relax and let go.
Too often we don’t make time for slowing down or when we do it can be because we are unwell and forced to actually have to come to a stop, only we don’t get to really experience the pleasurable sensation of relaxation.
So, this week I want you to experience relaxation with no other agenda but to let go. Get very comfortable and ready sink into a guided relaxation and completely relax.
Notice how you feel at the end of the meditation and make an intention to keep creating moments of relaxation for yourself.
When you surrender you open to a sense of renewed energy and calm.
