Today’s meditation is a short and quiet timeout for your body and mind. The directions are brief — I don’t do a lot of talking because I’m practicing too, and I encourage you to do the same. I didn’t edit the recording either, so you might hear the background noises of my apartment in NYC — this is to remind you that you’re not alone. You and I are sharing our presence with each other as we experience this human moment together in silence and peace.
