Lovingkindness Meditation | Metta | Buddhist Mind Training | Self-Compassion
This is the first of four recordings on the theme, "How to Love". Lovingkindness is a traditional Buddhist practice of intentionally cultivating goodwill, friendliness, and care—for ourselves, the people we care about, and all beings.
⭐️ Research indicates this practice:
• Improves personal relationships
• Decreases inflammation and supports cardiac function
• Boosts pro-social activities like helping others
• Cultivates compassion for oneself and others
• Increases calmness and ability to handle stressful situations
• Develops deeper connection in relationships
• Increases job satisfaction and decreased job overwhelm
✨ FREE INTRODUCTORY 1:1 SESSIONS

WE COMMIT TO THIS INTENTION FROM THE BUDDHA:
