The expression of joy is largely related to being able to receive healing and health. Health and healing are found in the expression of Joy- the joy that is found in having God as the source of your salvation. 

Now we can choose to either rejoice today or postpone our expression of joy to “one day” and embrace a perspective that says things like, “One day I will be joyful, one day I will smile, one day I will find a reason to rejoice.” Every one of us will forever be presented with the choice of either pushing our joy into the future or deciding that we will express joy in this present moment, even when nothing has changed in our lives yet.

So which would it be for you? One Day or Day One? If you choose the latter, what you are simply saying is that you are ready to begin to release joy in this present moment and that decision alone is as potent as potent can be.
