Tremendous Jones (Charlie) was a great friend and an inspiring leader. His spirit lives fully in Tracey Jones. She's not only an accomplished leader in business and the military but she's fun, like her dad. This happy optimism is evident throughout this book. Millennials need to hear a message of responsibility, optimism and dedication...and this book has it. Buy one for every young person you know.

As is her custom, Tracey Jones did an excellent job with this book. Do not let the title deceive you, this book is not just for millennials. It is full of positive and useful life lessons we all can gain from, no matter the age or experience. Tracey knocked it out of the park with this one.

Great book no matter what generation you belong to

This book really helped me to understand some of the most frustrating parts of working with younger colleagues. The bonus came in learning a few things about myself and how I can improve my own work ethic in very simple, easy to implement ways. This book is a great read for those just entering the workforce. But it also includes tons of surprisingly useful reminders for seasoned employees that are already situated in their careers.
