To reach your goals, there are certain things that are non-negotiable!
Almost any business vision requires a certain investment. Potentially in money and above all in time... And you don't always have the opportunity to buy time by fundraising...
So the service + product mix mode is the perfect couple on which we dedicate part of the time to generate cash, and the other part to produce an internal and more "Scalable" solution.
And not to get lost in the world of service, it is essential to keep every week non-negotiable tasks that allow you to move towards your vision ... few hours, 1, 2 or 3 days, it's up to you but do not deviate from these vital moments and quality to achieve your ambitions.

When startups sign a contract with software developement provider, they must pay close attention to this:
The source code must belong to the client from the day one. In this episode I'm explaning why and how you need to make that agreement with your provider.

After launching my startup Marketing Automation Ninja, I'm now in the process of refactoring the source code in order to be able to handle many more users.
In terms of coding you can find everything, you can find super high standards, others have a mediocre but functional code.
You don't know what choice to make to code your startup? In fact, the best solution is the one you master the best!
When I designed Marketing Automation Ninja it was designed to handle only video and audio files. Today, I want to make it a bit like "Zappier", with a flexible model where you can add features over time without having to recode everything!
Focus on the skills of your team! New standards evolve all the time, a perfectly written code today will be outdated one day or another! What really counts is the value added to our users today!

Are you late on your projects or do you know you won't make the deadline?
Today I describe the 3 main reasons for the delay of your project!
Recently, we did a briefing with a startup that was very late on the launch of its product, and also late on the branding and marketing action...
So what are the reasons why we are late in our startup or any entrepreneurial project.
- We do something new! Innovation creates difficulties in any case!
- The team creates delay, especially if the team is not result oriented or lacks efficiency
- Organization and communication! Especially nowadays with remote work, it is unnatural for a team! It is essential to have daily briefings and bring a certain synergy, without losing sight of the objective to be reached!
A good team can realize exploits if it is well coached!

In this important period I need to be ultra efficient, I don't have a second to lose and I try to optimize my work time as much as possible. And that's exactly what I want to talk about today, by explaining a technique to get out of my comfort zone more easily and boost my creativity and efficiency!
All entrepreneurs are confronted at some point with overbooked weeks and at the same time we have this need to get out of our comfort zone, to find shortcuts and to have a creative mind.
And for that I have several times a week like Monday mornings when things are organized, I also have Wednesday mornings free to let my mind be creative, that's how I can facilitate certain tasks and find opportunities to implement.
I see my free time as gift time (phone off of course), and I try to think of things to implement or do right away since I have the time! I see that it allows me to go faster, to be more imaginative and therefore to take better decisions!
Of course the rest of my week is still overbooked and I have to catch up on my free time but I really manage to get organized and time everything!
Activate your creative mode by blocking time in your calendar without a phone and find the shortcut that will allow you to go much faster!

How to manage your stress? How to do when you feel like your brain is going to blow up because you have so many things on your mind...
At the moment there is a lot going on for me, and that's why I haven't published for a while :-(
I'm currently working intensely with 4 start-ups:
- One that lost its CTO,
- One that is in the launch phase of its product
- Another one that is expanding its team
- And another one that is in development phase
And I also have my own Marketing Automation Ninja startup, with product development + a training program in line as well as a new, much simpler interface!
So how do you manage your stress when you have a lot of things to do? More than what we were used to do...?
So here are my recommendations:
1 - I make a big Mindmap (I write everything I have in my head on a big A3 sheet)
2 - I intensify the sport 3-4 times a week... Running, Yoga, meditation, cross fit, it boosts me a lot
3 - I eat super healthy
4 - I take care of my sleep
5 - And deep focus sessions, without any interruptions
And thanks to this great cocktail, some great news are coming for Marketing Automation Ninja. I'll tell you more soon...
And you, what is your little hack against stress?

Like everyone, I did tons of mistakes, especially as an entrepreneur.
- I invested too much in my first startup
- I took too many loans on my second one, (I'm still paying them today)
- I didn't publish for a while on this channel.
But that's OK!
I don't have any regrets, I don't care what others might think!
I believe that we are where we are supposed to be to learn what we have to learn.
So if you want to be a STRONG entrepreneur, don't have any regrets, focus on what you can do to impact tomorrow. And try to make the best decision today based on your own experience and the experience of others.

I just finished to coached a startup team that need to meet a tight deadline by the end of the week.
4 developers + the marketing team all focus on the next version launch.
While the stress can be high, it's important to stay organized to be sure to meet that due deadline.
In today's episode, I introduce what my recommendations are to better organize that highly focus time and how to bring energy to your team to be sure to meet that deadline.

As I shared in my previous episode, I recently discovered #biohacking and went back to several tools I discovered since I became an entrepreneur.
And among these methods, I started practicing the WHM (Wim Hof Method) which is: "How to activate our full potential as humans".
I have been practicing cold exposure for years but I had put aside some recommended breathing exercises, not necessarily seeing the point.
And recently, I surprised myself by testing the breathing technique presented in the WHM method and I surpassed my apnea record which, according to my memory was about 1min30. And I doubled it! Just by applying the method word by word...
