Hey beautiful people, on this episode, I talk about the 7 stages of grief and my experiences around them. There has been a lot of death not only within my community but also around the world. Death is for sure an experience we all have in common, fortunately, I was able to attend grief counseling when needed. However, I also know that not everyone has access to those sorts of resources. So, if you're reading this, I hope that you're here to not only move towards your healing but to also hold a moment of silence with me. Be sure to monitor your triggers around grief and if you're comfortable enough, let's talk through them. Sometimes healing takes a village!
