When we constantly speak the mantra " I AM ABUNDANT'' while looking in our eyes.
Abundant  Energy is generated through out your vibration. We must first vibrate in abundance in order to  attract even more abundance to spread throughout  the different areas in our lives.

This Mirror Exercise can be done MORNING ,DAY or NIGHT ,eyes should  be open and looking into your reflection. The energy is transferred just by listening ,repeating the mantra and breathing all while continuously gazing into you eyes.

Welcome to a Moment of Zentola! Today something new is here! Today, we're going to use our own reflection in the mirror to direct energy into ourselves. This mirror exercise is very powerful! It reminds ourselves of who we are and that we do have the power to speak energy into ourselves.

If you are driving, pull over to a safe place to do this mirror time meditation. If you are in a bathroom looking in the mirror, make sure there's no water in the sink. (headphones or earbuds are recommended for this exercise).

This mirror exercise can be done day or night and your eyes should be opened and gazing into your reflection. The energy is transferred just by listening and repeating while looking into your eyes.
