This weeks episode is an episode that everyone can relate to. Being human means that at some point in life you get frustrated. It's a part of life and one that you don't have to run from or find yourself going off the rails on others. Most of the time in our frustration many of us handle it in the wrong way. Life is not base on what happens to you but how you react to it. So lets explore how we react verses how we should react. I hope that this episode helps you where you are.

Sometime as mothers we get in our on way. We look at someone else and decide that we should be doing that as well, or look like that. We need to encourage one another and stop comparing ourselves to others. By doing so we will be growing as amazing mothers in the process.

"What is your identity with your children? How do they see you? Does it really matter? How do we shed that identity if its become who we are?" These are questions I have asked myself over the years.
