As an internist, I spend my days diagnosing and treating illnesses. Offering comfort and care to my patients. But today, I'm speaking from the heart of a mother. Just a few days ago, I experienced the bittersweet joy of watching my little one, my baby, my pride and joy graduate from elementary school.
