The Queen has been keeping the royal show on the road as the Princess of Wales continues her recovery from surgery while Prince William runs things at home, and the King awaits treatment of his own. But the royal family are missing three of their four major players - and will be for some time to come. 

And this week Sarah Ferguson revealed the latest blow to her own health.
