Today, I talk to Meg Maupin, who describes herself as a Designer, Citizen Scientist, and CEO and founder of Atolla.
I met Meg when we started working on their packaging design and branding, and when I started this of interviews, I knew I had to get her on the show: she brings so much knowledge, passion and hard work into everything that she does, in addition to having a diversity of skills, talents and interests.
Although her career took her to many different places, she follows her belief that good design can deeply change and improve people’s lives. She has always had an interest for sustainability, whether that means making a positive impact on the environment or building a meaningful and fulfilling life and career on the long term.

We finished our chat by talking about her passion for rock-climbing and what she does to recharge, and how that impacts her work and management style.
