A New Day

One Day at a Time is a podcast for young adults who don't know what the f*ck they're doing, but are trying to be better. This podcast serves as a community for young adults who feel that they are lost on their journey to adulthood and may be struggling with different aspects of their wellness. These struggles could be emotional, spiritual, mental, etc., but the ultimate goal regardless of the obstacles is growth. One Day at a Time is here to inform the youth that they are not alone and that someone is here to help them step by step through this defining part of our lives.
