In this episode, Fryddy and OG Frid start off by interviewing University of Portland pitcher Ryan Rembisz, who threw the 21st 9-inning perfect game in NCAA Division 1 history on February 25th against Seattle University. After the pre-recorded interview, the crew moves onto discuss all of the moves made during the Bruins' fire sale at the deadline. They briefly talk Red Sox before talking about some of the first moves made by the Patriots ahead of free-agency beginning this week. Lastly, both give their Top 10 TEs for the 2025 NFL Draft and then complete their first 2025 NFL 7-round Mock Draft for the Pats.

The crew recaps the United States' loss to Canada in the 4 Nations Championship on Thursday and give their thoughts on if it's time for the Bruins to move Marchand before the deadline. They finally recap the Conference Championship games that happened this previous weekend before very quickly covering all of the Boston sports news since the last episode. The crew gives their thoughts on the Patriots' new coaching staff now that Vrabel has got his guys before ending off the episode with a couple fun Blind Ranking segments that they prepared for each other.

The crew then moves onto an in-depth breakdown of the National Championship and their thoughts on some player props lines for the big game. They end off the episode by recapping this weekend's divisional round of the NFL Playoffs and give their updated predictions on which 2 teams will be heading to the Super Bowl.
