Jill was a practicing attorney and adjunct law professor at TU when her passion for cuff bracelets, and her need to refill her 'gift closet' led her to begin Rustic Cuff. Now a sought-after motivational speaker, Jill encourages people to pursue their passions, fulfill their God-given purpose, and always pay it forward! Jamie Miller is Texas-born and Sooner-bred. Meeting her husband, Jason Miller, at The University of Oklahoma in 2006, and the 2 married in Las Vegas, NV, in 2010. Living all over the country, the 2 settled in Jason's hometown, Broken Arrow, OK.

The couple has two beautiful daughters in BA schools and attends Harvest Church Broken Arrow, where she serves on the welcome team and in the children's department.

Jamie was called into the fight to end child trafficking while in cosmetology school in Las Vegas in 2005. After educating herself on the issue for many years and advocating for the cause, she stepped out of her stay-at-home mom role of 8 and a half years, to work for The Demand Project in August 2020.

Jamie is passionate about sharing who TDP is, helping people understand the crime, and teaching others what they can do to make a difference for the survivors.

As a natural problem solver, Adriana Fout fell into entrepreneurship. It was a path paved for her from her father and grandfather, who were both entrepreneurs. Growing up in Northern California, she knew that a 9-to-5 job wouldn't be sufficient financially or satisfy her desire to help others on a wider scale. In her early 20s, Adriana found her first opportunity to create a business utilizing her accounting degree, helping contractors set up and successfully operate their offices. She later went on to other ventures before landing in Real Estate. Currently, Adriana is the owner and team leader of The Alpha Group. She also owns and operates her own property management brokerage, Surplus Sixty Management, helping investors grow a legacy of wealth. To supplement the needs of her property management company, she also owns Tulsa Handyman Solutions, a small home repair company only available to her clients and tenants. In April 2020, she became the territory owner of Oklahoma Center Sphere, providing a networking platform for business professionals and entrepreneurs all over Oklahoma. Adriana is the wife to Kevin Fout, mother to her two adult sons, Terry and Matthew Fout, cat mom to Frank, and dog mom to Sophie, Sasha, and Thor. Her downtime is filled with caring for her house plants, educating herself to serve her clients better, traveling, and connecting through industry organizations she is involved in. Adriana is the Agent Advisory Council chair for Oklahoma eXp Realty. In December 2023, she accepted the position as the Vice President for 2024 of the 45 Below Council at the Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa. Her favorite places to vacation are Las Vegas and Mexico. Her long-term retirement dream is to curate outstanding vacations and offer group experience trips.

A very timely podcast for a busy time of year. I interviewed Stress Management Expert Lolita Gaurin, an immigrant from Lithuania, living in Houston, TX. Chasing her American Dream, Lolita found herself overworking to please the companies she worked for, burning the candle at both ends until she neglected her basic needs of eating healthy; and simply taking care of herself. The result was mental and physical exhaustion. Something HAD to change.

Guarin discusses how she got to a point where she felt so physically drained that she ended up in the emergency room. This became a major turning point in her life, as she realized she needed to start focusing on taking care of herself, and putting her own physical and mental health above anything.
