Marketing your business on social media is nothing short of frustrating, and confusing. I want to give you a new valuable perspective today. Consistent, intentional posting is still relevant. Think about your social media presence, as an opportunity to window shop. When you are consistently posting, the window shoppers are peeking in your window and getting to know what your product and services are. When your clients click on a link, of course, because you have incentivized them to do so, you bring your client into YOUR store, you have brought them into your world.

For many years, I was just like you, I would sit and wait to see if I was worthy, I would allow the opinions of others gauge my worth, not anymore! I love fresh flowers and buy myself flowers nearly every week, to me, for me, from me. Buying myself flowers is one of the most liberating things I have done for myself. I have made the decision, that I will no longer sit back and wait for someone to tell me my worth and value, I will look to myself, value myself, and love myself without conditions. So Friends, happy Valentine's Day, and I hope you buy the damn flowers.

Remember, the most important relationship you have, is the one you have with yourself!

One thing we can all agree on, is being a business owner is hard. Really hard. Happy New Year! 2023 is here! Let's Go friends!! NOW is the time that many people decide on a New Year's Resolution. Losing weight, and getting in shape top the list for most. What about you? What is your New Year's Resolution? What if I said, skip the resolutions? Did you know over 80% of resolutions are dismissed by the third week of January? That only leads to a sense of failure. After 20 days, you will notice your sugar craving has decreased. As a reminder, your weight loss and wellness is a marathon, not a sprint. It has taken years for you to get where you are today, it will take time to find yourself again, time to redefine yourself again, and time to fall in love with yourself again.
