In Episode 122, we continue to discuss how to better understand and handle the word of God, especially in the Gospels, particularly in Mark 10. It’s a really interesting chapter from the Bible yet it’s been always misinterpreted.
Mark 10 contains a handful of verses, one of which is Jesus's response to a wealthy man's question about what he must do to obtain everlasting life. He tells him, "You will have riches in paradise; then follow me." When riches separate us from others and God, we suffer. But I don’t find it to be true.
Let’s find out and go bigger, better, and deeper in God’s word!
