In Episode 162, we revisit another special sermon I preached last January of this year where we talked about Christian incomplete and the shield of faith. Faith, in its essence, is about trust, belief, and confidence - not just in a higher power, but also in ourselves and the journey we're on.
Like a shield in battle, faith can help us deflect the arrows of despair and defeat. It fuels resilience, cultivates strength, and inspires us to rise above obstacles. So, ready to lift up your shield of faith today? Remember, you're stronger than you think, and with faith, nothing is impossible.

In Episode 160, we explore Lance Latham's insights on grace, we'll celebrate his life and deepen our own spiritual understanding. I;m excited to dive into the profound depths of the Gospel of Grace. Though this divine message of love originates from Christ, it's been passionately interpreted by countless voices throughout history.
One such voice was the incomparable Lance B. Latham, a mentor whose impact I still cherish every day. Known affectionately as Doc Latham, he wore many hats: a pastor, a worship leader, an evangelist, and a Bible teacher. His remarkable legacy lives on through the Awana Youth Association he founded.

From questioning sermon similarities to comparing churches and asking about specific ministries, we are encouraged to appreciate the unique elements present in every sermon, recognize the distinctiveness of our churches, and understand the limitations faced by each congregation.

In Episode 157, we dive into the exciting world of grammar and explore the subjective genitive - a grammatical term that comes into play in a pretty common Bible verse. In fact, I preached about it in my recent sermon at Pathway Church.
The sermon was part 17 in our series on ‘The Christian in Complete Armor’, where we discussed 2 Corinthians 10, the weapons of our warfare, and how the genitive comes into play. But why is this important for preachers and Bible teachers to understand?

In Episode 156, we continue the remarkable tale of George Grenfell. If you haven't listened to the previous episode, you must start there before you jump into this one. George's journey takes us back to mid-1800s Africa when missionaries brought the gospel to an unknown continent. David Livingston created the only map available, and George set out to explore uncharted territories.
We knew how he prayed for a boat, and the Lord provided a steamship, which they assembled in London and tested on the Thames River. We continue with the incredible journey of how they dismantled the steamship, boxed it up meticulously, and shipped it back to Africa in over a thousand boxes. But that's just the beginning of this awe-inspiring story. Get ready to be humbled, inspired, and fired up.
