Today's episode is the second interview segment in a series called "5 Questions About Men's Mental Health". The purpose of this conversation is to provide a safe, open space that inspires men everywhere to share their experiences with mental health vulnerably. Through doing so, we aim to inspire men to own their story and to use the awareness it brings them to keep moving forward. By healing as individuals, we can grow as a collective!

All men experience grief at some point in their life. What I think is really important is how they deal with it! As men we have experienced a society that tells us it is not okay to express vulnerability with emotion. This had lead to a lot of men burying their pains, rather then embracing, leaning into and feeling them to allow for themselves the opportunity to create healing moving forward from the experience. It is time to encourage men to be open and genuine with how they feel when experiencing grief, rather then bottling it up and hitting the bottle itself.
I share my visualization journal from today and talk about the benefits of sharing our truth!
