Sexuality and relationships are a huge part of our self image, confidence, and personality. Unfortunately, a lot of shame stems from sex. I want to reduce shame in that area as much as I possibly can, and that is one of the main reasons I love to talk about sexuality. In this episode we will dive into what my views are on sex, how it can change and be fluid, how societal conditioning has affected us, and how we can find our true views and opinions on sex.
