When I was a kid, the Sears Catalog gave me the ultimate wish list for a birthday, school, special gifts and now it transcends into Christmas. As a nonprofit founder, I was recommended to create a similar list but for prospective donors. However, this wishlist isn't what you think.
I may have been advised to create one, but they didn't tell me how to do it correctly. A nonprofit's Christmas wish list should be on infrastructure. Money is good, but it won't solve your problems. Your focus on the problems called strategy will solve your problems.
