In Episode 2, our host and journalist Kate Creedon is joined by Jane Cunningham, Alliance’s International Recruitment Manager based in Cork and Catherine Millar, Recruitment Consultant based in London to discuss about what international nurses need to do before booking their flight down under.

Jane tells us how nurses have been severely impacted by COVID over the past two years as their plans to move down under was upended as international borders closed. Meanwhile, Catherine shares that despite the pandemic, Alliance Nursing continued to touch base with nurses who expressed their interest to relocate to Australia. She says there’s also been a lot of enquiries from UK nurses since the start of the year.
