Jennifer Hamrick is a digital marketer and a forever entrepreneur. Jenn dipped her toes in the entrepreneurial pond in 1997 and has never looked back. She’s bought, built, and sold businesses over the years — from retail to restaurants to electronic repair and even an auto mechanic shop.

Dale Gamache grew up in Dayton Beach. He taught elementary, junior high, and high school for 35 years in the public school system. While teaching he coached springboard diving, baseball, and golf and was the huddle coach for the fellowship of Christian athletes. 

 

Robin and Dale created La Clase Divertida (the fun class!) in 2000 while teaching public, private, and homeschool students in after school programs. 

 

Dale has been a featured speaker at all the major homeschool conventions throughout the country. He has been teaching online “live” classes for Spanish 1,2,3. 

 

Robin and Dale have one daughter who was homeschooled grades K-12 and 3 grandsons (9,6,3 years old). Dale loves golf, baseball (Yankees), and college football (Miami Hurricanes).

Nichelle Browne is the Co-Founder of The Landmark Kids, a family “mystery” box that explores different countries and cultures through solving mysteries and puzzles. 

 

She has been in both the education and entrepreneurial sectors for almost 20 years from higher education to college prep nonprofits to education technology companies. 

 

Nichelle’s passion for helping kids learn, and develop innovative solutions led her and her husband to create, The Landmark Kids. She is a graduate of Baruch College - CUNY and resides in Ohio with her family.

William Griffin is a seventeen year old that loves Math. He is graduating from high school this year and going to Culinary School. 

 

William’s Mom signed him up for Mr.D Math two years ago when he was struggling with Saxon Math. What he loves and has gained from Mr.D Math is an understanding of how Math applies to real-life scenarios. He is a graduating student who wants to share with others his journey of Mr.D Math.

Millie Florence is an adventurous homeschooler who published her first book, ‘Honey Butter’, at age 13. She loves sushi, zip lines, and just about all things yellow. She has gone on to publish a second novel for young readers, Lydia Green of Mulberry Glen, with two new titles coming out later this year. The Balter of Ashton Harper, published through Bandersnatch Books, and her first picture book, No Snow Yet, which will release this winter. Millie lives in a picturesque blue house in the woods with her parents and her four siblings, plus a varying amount of cats and chickens.

Audrey Johnson is a 14-year-old performer. She is involved in musical theatre, dance, film, modeling, commercials, and voiceover. Her favorite subject in school is drama.

Christy-Faith’s experience includes a 20+ year career in K-college academics and administration where she’s worked in and instructed every level of education in a professional capacity—with diverse student populations including gifted, those with learning challenges/diagnoses, and 2E (twice exceptional) students. The scope of her work involved counseling and educating parents as well as training and mentoring teachers. She is a teacher’s teacher.

After starting her career as a classroom teacher, and then earning her Master’s degree, Christy found great success starting and running a private educational center and consulting firm with her husband. Christy worked directly with thousands of students K-college from both public and private schools, trained and managed a large staff of specialists and tutors, poured over IEPs, and discussed student needs with principals, admissions counselors, therapists, psychologists, and parents. Becoming known for highly individualized educational plans and impressive academic outcomes, Scott and Christy's learning center grew into one of the most successful private learning centers in the country.

When they started their family, Christy decided to explore homeschooling and it blew her mind/changed her entire view on educating kids. She has found homeschooling so rewarding and healthy for herself and her kids that she now uses her teaching expertise and mentoring skills to help moms along their homeschooling journey. She spends her days advising moms in her exploding membership, Thrive Homeschool Community, and imperfectly educating her four “endlessly entertaining” kids in Colorado with Scott, her husband. 

Christy recently signed with a large publisher and her book on the topic of homeschooling will hit shelves in 2024.
