Part of the Pain Reprocessing Therapy management is somatic tracking. This is where you take a moment, in this case 20 minutes, to be aware of the sensations in your body. Not analyze them, not make them go away, just be aware of them.

Yes, this week was supposed to be about inflammation… we know that chronic inflammation isn’t good.

But in doing some research I ended up talking about something else. Our lack of focus, and how it affects our sleep, our pain, and I found many actionable tools that can help everything!
