A Path From Pain

We’ve all been there at some point. The Dr. appt that feels rushed, the physio that has 4 patients going at once, or even just being handed a sheet of exercises to do.

Patient centred care builds a relationship, allows the person who is living with pain to be heard and brought in on their treatment.

Let’s look at what Patient Centred Care is and how we can learn a little more about building this functional and more effective relationship with our medical support team.
