A Pause for Stillness

My latest meditation focuses on stillness; we all need to be still sometimes. Take a deep breath, and exhale into this stillness. I find that in this hectic modern world when I take time to reflect, to pause, and just be I am at my happiest. It’s a great opportunity for me to take stock and simply exist.
