This is a mediation to pause and simply breathe. We breathe unconsciously, automatically and perpetually. And yet, we are so rarely aware of it. Of the sensations on our nostrils, our lips, the rise and fall of our chests, the swelling of the abdomen.
This meditation encourages you to just notice, and stay with, the breath. Not to alter it or force it but to allow it to just be.
This creates a sense of peaceful expansiveness and connection.
