This is a meditation to pause. Please find somewhere quiet and comforting to sit or lie.

I have been finding myself struggling with tiredness lately and this mediation, connecting with the rise and fall of your breath, gives a moment of rest.

This intention to rest can expand from the sense of calm that resides inside you towards the rest of your sensory experience.  Allow yourself to let go of all distractions and be held in peace.
