The lads take Cthulhu and Chill back outside for their second walk session, this time heading into Richmond Park for a relaxed wander, conversation and a bit of exploring. The episode begins with a cold open from the park itself, with Matt taking on the intro and the pair explaining that they're there partly because of a listener suggestion.

Before settling into the walk, there's a pretty serious story from the week when one of the hosts recounts a terrifying workplace accident involving a metal fire-escape step giving way several floors above the ground. Thankfully it didn't end in disaster, but it's a suitably dramatic way to begin a walk through one of London's biggest green spaces.

Things then take an unexpected turn when a conversation about medical testing becomes the catalyst for one of the episode's biggest comedy sections.
