Very pleased to welcome writer, Josie Campbell, to the podcast! Josie sat down with me to talk about working on scripts for Be Cool, Scooby-Doo!, writing the delightful direct-to-video Legion of Super-Heroes animated film, as well as her New Champion of Shazam mini-series for DC Comics.

On this episode I am pleased to welcome to the show artist, designer, director, and author, Valerio Ventura!
Valerio's career in animation spans over 30 years but he is probably best known today for his work on the DC SUPER HERO GIRLS show, winning a Daytime Emmy in 2014 for his work on MICKEY MOUSE, and serving as the Art Director on two sesons of HBO Max' adult animated series, VELMA. Valerio took some time out of his busy post-production schedule to chat with me about his career, their design approach on VELMA, and his latest work, the 2023 novel, KILLHER - THE AKIRA FILES.
