Today's episode is one of reflection of this year with all of the events both within the world and within ourselves that have taken place and how we can take all that have undergone and learned this year and use it to shape a mindset of growth and abundance for the year to come. This year has been one of the most transformative for the human race in general and what we have learned and come to know about ourselves, can help us ensure that the future is one much brighter than what 2020 showed us.

This is a topic that many of us engage in everyday especially in light of everything going on in the world however, this is very toxic narrative that can consume every part of our lives. I ask each and everyone one of you to take this episode, apply what you feel needs to be applied in your life, and break the chains of your Self-Sabotaging narrative. It's time to become all that we are meant to be and in order to do so, we need to get out of our own way.

This woman has undergone may trials and tribulations to get to where she is now and has accomplished many things in my time of knowing her. We are grateful to all of our First Responders around the world and this pandemic taught us a lot about ourselves, those around us, and what is most important in life.

I would first like to take a moment to commemorate and send love to the families lost 19 years ago on 9/11 here in the United States; words have no weight that can compare to what the world felt that day in both loss and togetherness; we now have the opportunity to ensure that never happens again. Today's episode is one that is very important for the time that we are in as a society and as a race. This is an opportunity to change the narrative that we have been told and conditioned to believe for generations; this narrative is obviously one that is no longer working and is actually breaking right in front of us and right now, we have the opportunity to begin anew. We must first however, understand where the old narrative cycles remain and what needs to be done to ensure they no longer survive.
