A leaked opinion from the Supreme Court signaled that a majority of the justices may be ready to end constitutional abortion-rights protections. Many states are preparing to restrict access to abortion in a post-Roe v. Wade world. One state provides a glimpse of what that world could look like. NPR correspondent Sarah McCammon reports from Texas, where most abortions have been banned since last September.
