We knew we had to go out with a bang, so we called up one of the most interesting, unique human beings we know, R Joseph Johnston. This man is 1/1, and is truthfully one of the greatest humans beings we have the honor of calling our friend. The boys are back with Episode 19 of A Punchers Chance! We had the chance to sit down with Owner of Elevate Maintain Evolve, Kyle Parks to discuss the mental side of sports and life in general. Kyle has his Masters' Degree in Psychology and uses that to train the cognitive side of sports training for athletes ranging from young little league players, all the way up to players in the MLB! We think this is the most informative episode to date that EVERY Athlete should watch and take note if they want to go to that next level.
