  • Feelings And The Magic Of Presence

    — "I recently returned from my summer vacation. As I was driving back to work, the thought occurred to me, "well I guess it's back to reality." During this trip there were so many moments of just being completely present, peaceful, contented, and full of joy. Then out of the blue, a new thought occurred to me...it's not back to reality now that my vacation was over, I was escaping reality now! This little insight reminded me of the fact when I experience deeper feelings such as joy, peace, and contentment, which seem to be more common on vacation, I am experiencing my true nature in those moments. I am present to life in those moments. I am feeling the TRUTH. When I go into my head about what is missing from the moment, what could be better, or what should or shouldn't happen, I lose my connection to those natural feelings. All those nice feelings I had didn't come from the cruise ship, the food, the friends, or where I was in relationship to the earth's equator. Those deeper feelings were ALWAYS there. They never left me; I left them. I had fallen right into the trap of thinking my feelings following the vacation were a natural response of what happens when you get "back to reality," when in fact it was my thinking fooling me, secretly helping me escape reality. How comforting it is to realize we don't have to be anywhere or go anywhere to experience "vacation feelings." So, from now on, "back to reality" is not such a bad thing. — writes Jamie

  • From Weight Management To Miracles Of Self-Healing

    — You're not only human. You're also a soul having a human experience. Your body is the vehicle through which your soul expresses its unique gifts and talents; your body is how your soul gets things done here on the material plane. Your body is also a sensory instrument through which you experience and interact with life and others, creating countless opportunities for your growth and evolution. Our thoughts about our bodies are much more powerful. They're generated within the body, and there's no way the body can't hear them. The mind is the body's ultimate Influencer. Negative thoughts will break us down and create dis-ease. But thinking the best possible thoughts about our bodies can help us…with everything from weight management to miracles of self-healing.

  • Spiritual Authenticity: Relationships, Devotion, Euphoria

    — You can summarize Shamanism up in the word: RELATIONSHIPS.

It is your relationship to everything – your voice, your body, your spouse, nature, literally everything. It is a way of being. It is a way of living your life. A way of seeing things.

Shamanism, at its core, is all about relationships.

Because of this, it is really NOT conducive to the approach of quick-fix, instant, swipe on an app, tinder-like experiences.

A lot of people believe that shamanism is very theatrical, extremely visual, dramatic, powerful, sexy and trendy. It is easy to get sucked into that illusion. And it is easy to draw people in using those illusions. But Makhosi's approach, because of her understanding of energetic principles, comes from relationships: with people, with food, with nature, with your body, and your spirit. Because she is a spirit shaman, she doesn't work with plant medicine, she works with energetics and with the spirit of things, since everything has a spirit.

True relationships are what unfolds over time. And over time, those relationships are based in DEVOTION.

This is an important word for authentic shamanism. It is devotion to self and your spirit, not to something else. Rituals, tools, healings etc. are just facilitators. They are just tools and processes. True transformation unfolds over time. Some of it can be instantaneous, but lasting transformation has to be integrated into your being and who you ARE. It takes commitment and discipline developing these relationships over time.

Valeria Teles interviews Makhosi Nejeser — The Royal Shaman, A Human Potential Expert, And Spiritual Ascension Master.

Makhosi Nejeser is an authentic African Shaman, specializing in personal development and energetic alignment. She is a human potential expert and spiritual ascension master. Through her groundbreaking modality, The Energetics of Euphoria, Makhosi teaches her clients and Guides to ground themselves in the feeling of bliss, calling in the State of Euphoria on a whim regardless of external circumstances.

A fully initiated Sanusi (Zulu Shaman), and trained in Ancient Egyptian Spirituality through the Dogon Mystery School, Makhosi now works as a Spiritual Guide & Authentic Shaman to help serious seekers fulfill their highest potential, mindfulness and metaphysics mastery through her groundbreaking modality, The Energetics of Euphoria,

Makhosi works privately with highly successful individuals to create a potent pathway to a sacred and soul-fulfilling life. She's been featured in Refinery29, Entrepreneur, POPSUGAR, Business Insider, Authority, Nicki Swift, Thrive Global, and on KTLA 5.

  • Exploring The Feminine Art of Hypnotherapy

    — Hypnotherapy makes it possible for a person to get to know their internal system. As someone is able to release the burdens that they may carry, they are able to open themselves to experience more compassion, calm, clarity, courage, caring, connectedness, confidence, and curiosity. These are just a few of the gifts one can experience as they strengthen their connection to the ever-flowing source from within.

It is her passion for the mind-body connection that set her on this path of learning. She is grateful to have the opportunity to use this knowledge to empower others, and assist them in making positive changes in their own lives.

"I believe peace comes in finding joy in the present moment and moving into loving acceptance of what is. When we are able to be curious about anything and everything we face, we are then able to experience a sense of calm and openhearted compassion for ourselves and others."

  • Imagine If You Could Have Everything You Want

    — Fear is an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes fear disguises itself as worry, stress, and even anger. Fear can make you feel as if you're working hard, but just not getting the results you want. It doesn't feel like you are reaching your destination, and yet you're not sure what needs to be done — the road forward is just not clear. Are you judging yourself against others, are you questioning whether you are "good enough," are you holding yourself back for fear of failing? You may describe it as a feeling of being "stuck." And, like being stuck in quicksand, sometimes the more we struggle, the more stuck we become. Fear can literally make you sick.

Now, imagine if you could have everything you want and feel you are successful. Imagine having a handle on your fears so they do not get in the way. Picture knowing you are capable and worthy of having all you desire. You can have more joy, ease, purpose, and peace in your life.
