In this Episode I'm sharing a really quick breathing exercise to calm your nervous sytem. Use it anytime you find yourself needing to soothe your nerves. I'm Catherine and I'm a full time artist, photographer, activist, writer, healer and coach with 36 years of sobriety (8/18/1987) and the proud single parent of my son Max who has Down syndrome. I apprenticed with Miguel Ruiz, author of the Four agreements and am certified in NLP, Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT Tapping), Hypnosis, TIME techniques, The trauma of Money and Energy Work.
