EPIDSODE 9 - DEALING - How to Deal with an Issue You are Struggling With

Are you overwelmed at work?
Are you struggling with family?
Are you fighting with partner?

And are these things causing you to spiral into a worry-loop?
This might sound like:
1. unsure of what to do with (said situation)
2. find yourself dwelling
3. angry
4. hopeless about the situation

This hack has helped me and a couple of clients: (What you will need is a notebook and a pen)
Perform an Interview

Pretend you are interviewing someone to replace you (in your job, in your family, in your relationship).
Ask the person that you are interviewing how would you handle this situation (describe the situation)?
Example: If you were asked to do an additional task but your plate was full how would you handle this?

Once you ask this question your brain will start to automatically generate answers (write these down). Then ask for a couple of additional ways they might deal with the issue at hand.

Evaluate the ways you have come up with. This will allow you to step out of the situation and evaluate how you truly feel about the situation without being in the worry loop.

Have you ever noticed that if you are struggling with your money you might be struggling with you job? Or have you been getting into a lot of fights with your partner, and noticed that your body hasn't been feeling right? Well that is because all of your aspects of life are linked. We can't keep them separate and as much as society tells us to leave one aspect at the door when we are dealing with the other we can't. We can't just bake one slice of pie after all, or at least i haven't figured out how to do that.

We answer all your questions about my personal life coaching business. There are tons life coaches out there and they all do it differently. In this podcast episode we talk about my programs and focus.

As the Head Life Coach at KHUB Enterprises LLC, in Waterloo Iowa our coaching uses the My FELT Focus. With emphasis on how to create a life full of Freedom Love Energy and an abundance of time I have worked with clients to obtain promotions, improve their health, and find more passionate love.

In our first 8 weeks of one on one coaching we focus on the persistent pursuit foundation. Looking at your habits, confidence level, ability to depend on your self, skills that will help you fail forward, developing your inner radiance, and building and strengthening your relationships based upon your relationship with self.

If we choose to push forward in additional 8 week session we start to build for your radiance revival. Think of the first 8 weeks as the wood and paper needed to start a fire and the following sessions (of 8 weeks) as the match and lighter fluid. During these session we focus on: building confidence, focusing on finding your inner power, growing your self love, developing you passion, fine tuning your purpose, identifying where you spend your time, focusing on your relationship with self, and what steps you need to take in the future to live the life you want to live to continue to be the radiant being you were meant to be.

The biggest take away I hope you get from this podcast is that you need to feel empowered to find the right fit for you when you are hiring life coach, or any professional that is going to be helping you with something. Make sure you are the right fit for your coach and that the your coach is the right fit for you.
