A Big statement, I know, but one that surfaces itself in every single client session I have. Some know their purpose, most wrestle with owning it in this lifetime, and some feel like they don't even possess one, which couldn't be further from the truth.

The biggest truth is that we All have a unique, and Divine purpose, but it's up to us to discover, show up, own and step into...when we do the guidance will always be there. It doesn't mean challenges won't arise in the journey, because they will. We learn to welcome them, dance with them, and find our unique rhythm along our path, as they will forever lead us to deeper growth, expansion and strength in our Purpose. 

Today we are speaking about this first step, which is always through the lens of awareness. Once we become aware, we can stop allowing our subconscious selves to run the show. When we learn to Co - create, and get quiet we will always hear the whispers of our Soul. When we come back to this place, we can continue to show up in our daily lives with each breath and with each step strengthen our Beautiful and Divine Purpose here on Earth...

I'm extremely delighted to have James McCrae, Founder of Words are Vibrations, and the Author of "Shit Your Ego Says", on today's episode. I've been a fan of his account for years, and have laughed and shared his memes to many a soul. If you know me intimately, you know my love for meme medicine runs deep. 

While his memes bring humour and lightness to your heart, they are equally as powerful, deep and intentional, conveying a far stronger message that simply can't be put into words. It's a Universal language, that James is an expert in.
