What if one of the easiest ways to clear your head, feel better, and even show up better at work is just… walking?
I’ve been busy. Really busy. Between work, family, and everything else life throws at you, I realized I hadn’t recorded an episode of A Really Chill Pod in months.
But during that time, I picked up one simple habit that has made a real difference for me: walking every day.
In this episode, I talk about why walking has become my secret sauce for getting away from the computer, processing my thoughts, moving my body, and giving myself a little space from the constant pressure to be productive.
I also get into the harder side of trying to balance ambition with actually enjoying your life, especially when you’re a parent. This summer reminded me that sometimes you won’t have as much time as you want for the people you care about. The important thing is finding those small moments and making them count.
My challenge for you: walk at least one mile a day for the next 30 days and see what changes.
Plus, I share where I want to take A Really Chill Pod next, including bringing on guests to have more relaxed conversations about work, life, and how the two actually fit together.
Grab your headphones. Maybe even take this episode with you on a walk.
