How are you? Busy?

God wants to give us a full life, as a GIFT. That's great...can we have a cup of the good life to go?

Life is busy and schedules are just the surface symptom. Under the busyness, we're stressed and anxious about the relentless list of responsibilities, tugging at our conscience. So...we'd better get busy!

That's always worked before, right? Rest is only partly schedule, though—it's mostly emotional...or better yet, spiritual.

In this message, we'll find the true meaning of rest together.
