This meditation was created to help you relax with your current state of being. As we're now dealing with unexpected and unprecedented times with COVID-19, we're being asked to stay indoors, away from others and to turn within. We have more time on our hands now than we ever did before and being that mostly everything is shut down, we don't have as many things to distract ourselves with. We can't "escape" into what we normally do, so we're being asked to simply sit with ourselves for once. 
For most people, this is the first time in a long time that they're being asked or forced to do this, so it can bring up feelings of fear and panic. This meditation will help you ease into the present moment, your current state of being and offer you the opportunity to welcome the idea of doing nothing, of going nowhere, and of being with no one. This is a return to the sacred. Can you bring yourself back into the quiet, the peace, the non-doing, and simply breathe into yourself, exactly as you are right now?
