Welcome back to the PBN podcast! Joining us as a guest today is vegan fitness instructor from Manchester, Andrew Roberts. You might know him as the fit young man, who earlier in 2021 conducted an experiment gaining and then losing 20kg or over 4 stones of weight!

Andrew is an established fitness professional. With this experiment, he wanted to experience first-hand what he preached and embarked on this journey to better understand the mentality of someone trying to lose weight.
