In this episode I’m talking about the power of waking up in the rising and feel the good and warm energy. Feel how still the energy is and how much you receive just waking up in the rising and choosing to connect with yourself and build a relationship with yourself and God.

In this short episode I discuss how our parents belief is not who we are. A lot of the times we just experience life with them, but that doesn’t mean that we are who our parents teach us to be. Parents can be toxins and show up in children’s lives as a toxic example. So when we talk about identity we have to find that and understand that we need to find out who we are through our own core beliefs and core values. Our identity comes from our own individual beliefs and thoughts about ourselves.
