How can we live in this crazy world and still be people that are fully present with God and others?  To find the answer, we look at the life of Daniel.  Daniel lived in ancient Babylon and was fully integrated into the city, yet he maintained his faith.  As a result, his life became a testimony to the entire ancient world, and even today, we are still inspired by his life.  What we find in Daniel's life is that we need to build our schedules, rhythms, and cycles on essential spiritual disciplines.  We need a rule of life.
