A Running Story: The Beginning Of My Fitness Journey

This episode is about the turning point of my life, how I became so passionate about Running. 🏃🏻‍♂️Health & 🏋️‍♂️Fitness has always been one major priority in my 🧘🏻‍♂️life.

I started from the ⬇️rock bottom and now I have come so ⬆️far!

Exercising and working out helped me through anxiety😟, depression😞, stress😥, and 💔what not!

It helped me experience the 🍀unexpected wonders🧘🏻‍♂️ of 🌼life!

I believe, I have a story to share, and this will🧗‍♂️motivate & 🚵inspire other teenagers, other people, or others like me!

I'm really excited to share my Running Story

with all of you...

So here it is, and I hope that you all can pick up something from this journey.

Thank you💙.
