Sacred Hearth is fervently devoted to breaking down barriers to mental health accessibility for everyone. We believe that every individual deserves the chance to flourish within our community, to embark on a journey of self-discovery, and to revel in the warmth of acceptance as we evolve together, hand in hand. The Sacred Hearth is a free, community-based program on St. Joseph Island, Ontario, designed to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being through structured monthly gatherings.
