A safe place technique as a therapeutic method to find emotional balance after a highly stressful situation and in healing depression, PTSD and effects of trauma. It is a therapeutic tool but it doesn’t need a therapist to guide it. It is a kind of meditation based on body awareness. I use it and I recommend it to others as a good and quite easy way to help yourself.
